Balcony Project 1:
Project Scope: Repair two exisitng Balcony's, replace damaged wood rot and patch existing stucco and paint as needed. Down time was only 2 weeks.
This was after the stucco was repatched, and then painted to match. Water proofing installed down ontop of deck prior to tile and finish. Finish pics will be uploaded soon, they are on a different camera.
Project: Remodel a basic plain condo, with a very resonable budget for client. We provide color and furniture design, we installed backsplash, installed new lighting and track lighting, wood flooring, and additional shelving and storage. This condo now is more appealing and valued better for resale with minor upgrades.

Project: Kitchen with water intrustion inside of kitchen. Home Owner decided to fully remodel kitchen area and dining room to be one large kitchen, including adding a large enough island to seat 16 people. Granite was done by outside vendor, and not by us on this project.

This is where water lines broke:
Kitchen Cabinets installed and all new plumbing installed ready for granite guys to come in and install the countertops and backsplash. We moved the sink from that back wall to the island, and plumbed it for a dishwasher and disposal. We also added can (recessed) lighting inside of kitchen and took out the existing ballast lighting that was existing.

Project: Winter Park (Design two matching bathrooms in condo: One standup shower, one bathtub)
Bathtub area: Demo and prep for new materials

Home owner did a great job choosing a specific style that made the bathroom feel a lot larger
